These terms cover your use of threegoodstops.com, run by Brand Marketing Concepts ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

What Three Good Stops is

A trip-planning tool that suggests places to stop along a drive. Suggestions are made by software using map, place and weather data from third parties. They're a starting point, not a guarantee.

Drive safely

Don't use the site while driving. Plan before you go, or let a passenger handle it.
Always follow road signs, traffic laws and current conditions over anything we show you.
Opening hours, prices, amenities, weather and drive times can be wrong or change without notice. Check anything important, like fuel, lodging or accessibility, before you rely on it.
You're responsible for your trip, your vehicle and your decisions on the road.

Your account

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. One free trip is offered per person, so please don't create extra accounts to get more. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape it, or try to break it.

Payments

Trip packs are one-time purchases. Credits don't expire and aren't refundable once used.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account's billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future billing periods. We'll tell subscribers before any price change applies to them.
If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.

Our content

The site, guides, photos we took and the trip plans it produces belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to use your own trip plans personally and share them with friends. Please don't copy the site or its data in bulk. Some guide photos are used under their own licences, which are credited on the page.

Affiliate links

Some pages include clearly marked affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Stops in your trip plans are never paid placements.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always available.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens on your trip. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. North Carolina law governs these terms.
